Duties of Parliamentarian:  

The National Parliamentarian is responsible to the National President and for order at all meetings. Prior to Region Conferences the officer prepares a memo with instructions on how resolutions are to be prepared and how to submit them.  Resolutions from Regions, Chapters, and individual members must be in possession of the National Parliamentarian 30 days prior to the National Convention.  

Resolutions will be reviewed for duplications or inappropriate submissions.  Accepted Resolutions will then be numbered.  At Convention the Parliamentarian will preside during the consideration of Resolutions.
