2020 South West Region Conference

Dear Southwest Region Gold Star Wives Members:

The decision was made that due to these trying times we are in we WILL NOT be holding the Southwest Region Conference in Denver on April 24^th and 25^th. 

Instead we will be holding a teleconference call.  At this time we are working out the details of how to hold a conference call. 

It will probably be on Saturday, April 25^th.  The agenda will be very scaled down and concise.  The goal is to keep the conference call to about 2 hours. 

The logistics of getting the packet information out to everyone will still have to be worked out.  Everything will most likely be electronically sent out to those who wish to participate.    

ALL documents will need to be sent to me at obouault@gmail.com  by April 15^th so that we will have enough time to include them.

Resolutions will still need to be sent to Taunya Offdenkamp by April 1^st.
