As reported at National Convention, you can use MOAA's Take Action site to ask Congress to support issues of importance to you (such as the DIC Increase). 

Click this link - http://takeaction.moaa.org/?1 - and scroll down to to the topic you support (example "Act now to increase DIC) and click on that topic.  Then fill in your personal information and complete the form so that MOAA can send it to the key officials.
